港人救生艇計畫

必要條件

• 持香港特區護照或BNO護照的香港人
• 在遞交申請及獲得永居身份時，本人皆需在加拿大境內
• 在加拿大時需是合法短居身份
• 將在魁北克省之外的任何省份或地區居住
• 語言要求：CLB 5 / NCLC 5

Stream A：In-Canada graduates   加拿大境內畢業生

已從加拿大指定的中學後(專科學校起算)教育機構(合法合規DLI)畢業，在遞交申請前的三年內，必須具備以下其中之一的條件:

• 至少兩年課程的文憑 (Diploma)
• 學位課程畢業（副學士／學士／碩士／博士）(Degree)
• 至少一年的研究生文憑或證書且至少50%的課程是在加拿大境內完成(面授或網課皆可)(Post-graduate)

所需文件

• Language test 語測成績
• Intent to live in a province or territory other than Quebec.計劃在魁北克省之外的省份或地區居住，可提出以下證明：

1. 1. proof of employment 在職證明
   2. job offers.  雇主邀約證明（工作簽約）
   3. job applications you’ve submitted. 曾經在安省投遞過的工作履歷.
   4. job interviews you have scheduled. 曾經在安省參加過的面試證明.
   5. proof you have family living in the area.   有家人或親戚居住在安省
   6. lease agreements or mortgages.租屋或購屋證明

• Post-secondary education中學以上學歷證明
• 文憑/學位影本 (需有合格DLI稱及獲得學位時間)
• 最終成績單

Stream B：Canadian work experience 加拿大工作經驗

在遞交申請前三年內，至少在加拿大擁有12個月或以上的全職（或等量兼職）有償工作經驗，且獲取工經驗時的身份必須是合法合規，意即擁有合法工作簽證，或豁免工作簽證。

以下情形所獲取的工作時數，將不被包含在工作經驗當中：

• 全職學生
• 自雇人士
• 加拿大境外工作
• 病假／育兒假或其他類似假期 （年假等合理休假，不在此限）
• 長時間不在加拿大境內
• 失業

所需文件

You must provide proof for each job listed on the application form. This could be：

• letter from your employer, on company letterhead, that includes由雇主以公司箋發出證明，內容需包含:

1. 1. your name 申請者姓名
   2. your job title 工作職稱
   3. the dates you worked for the company 工作起始時間
   4. the number of hours you worked each week 每週工時
   5. your annual salary and any benefits you received 年薪及福利
   6. the company contact information (address, phone number and email address)  公司聯絡訊
   7. your supervisor’s name, title and signature (or those of the company’s human resources officer)   主管姓名, 職位及簽名 (或人資部簽名)

• T4稅單及NOA (Notice of Assessment)影本
• 雇用紀錄影本
• 顯示薪資入帳的銀行存款帳戶影本
